Terms of Service

Exabook is a multi-tenant booking platform that lets businesses and individual providers publish a booking link, manage bookings, customers, schedules, and staff, and message customers via WhatsApp deep links. The Service does not send messages automatically on your behalf.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the Service in compliance with applicable laws.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
• send customers unsolicited or harassing communications;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or its systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are stated on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

When you use the Service, you and your business act as the controller of the customer information you collect and enter. Exabook processes that information on your behalf to provide the Service. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to collect and process customer data and for using it lawfully. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Exabook and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while these Terms are in effect. You retain all rights to the data you and your customers submit.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Exabook is a scheduling tool and is not a medical, legal, or professional service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exabook will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period where practicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Beirut, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
